About The Position

The Production Supervisor will work with the General Manager to coordinate in-house jobs and schedules for job completion utilizing data analysis. This role involves coordinating schedules and production requirements with employees, department heads, and supervisors to meet goals and deadlines. The supervisor will delegate work to all production employees according to the schedule, oversee production processes, and collaborate with departments to improve production efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include supervising production employees, departments, and projects to ensure proper workflow and address bottlenecks, keeping overhead to a minimum by monitoring schedules, employee production levels, overtime, and disciplinary actions, and assisting with developing corrective actions. The role also involves working with customers to meet deadlines and maintain satisfaction, and ensuring employees have the necessary equipment for safe job completion by collaborating with the Safety and Compliance Specialist and General Manager. Additionally, the supervisor will work closely with other departments to implement company policies and goals.

Requirements

Manufacturing Management over 5 years.
Supervisory Experience – 5 years.
Organized.
Detail Oriented.
Efficient.
Problem Solver.
Independent worker.
Strong Communication Skills.
Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and ERP Software experience.
Pre-employment Drug Screening Required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
Six Sigma Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate jobs in house and schedules for job completion utilizing data analysis.

Supervision of production employees, departments, and projects so that projects flow properly and correct any bottlenecks in the processing.
Keep overhead to a minimum by monitoring schedules, production level of employees, overtime, any necessary disciplinary actions.
Assist with developing corrective actions.
Working with customers to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.
Make sure employees have all the equipment needed to complete their jobs safely by working with the Safety and Compliance Specialist and General Manager.
Work closely with other departments to implement company policies and goals.
