Requirements

Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and occupational safety requirements
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
A drive to lead from the front and help build a strong, reliable team

Nice To Haves

Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation
Train and coach employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations
Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards
Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions
Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed
