About The Position

Fidelis Logistics is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee CHEP pallet repair operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while keeping production on track. The supervisor leads production staff, manages materials and equipment, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement. The role may require extended hours, including weekends, when needed.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting, including 2 or more years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and compliance.
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, when needed.

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and manage production staff to meet goals.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain efficient production.
Oversee pallet repair to ensure it meets customer specifications.
Maintain OSHA and company safety standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
Implement and adjust plans to meet production targets.
Track performance data and drive continuous improvement.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages.
Communicate with teams to streamline operations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure processes meet company and regulatory standards.
