About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• A strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and workflow optimization.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, no more dealing with uninspiring bosses!
• A commitment to safety and ensuring your team works in a positive and protected environment.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle change like a pro.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing experience or continuous improvement experience is a huge plus.
