This role is for a frontline leader in snack operations, responsible for ensuring safety, smoothness, and success. It combines people leadership with process mastery, involving daily production guidance, coaching and developing team members, and contributing to the operation's future. The position offers mentorship from experienced Supervisors and Managers to develop skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.
- Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.
- Conduct shift huddles focusing on goals, safety, and priorities.
- Ensure production is safe, efficient, and on track.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
- Operate equipment or provide coverage as needed to maintain workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety practices.
- Identify issues early, escalate them quickly, and ensure continuous line flow.
