About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Production Supervisor, Integration to join their team. The company's mission is to make humanity more free by delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. This involves acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them. The role requires extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a passion for the AI frontier, often involving long hours at high intensity. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for running an integration shift, leading assemblers and technicians, executing the daily plan, and enforcing standards.

Requirements

Supervised assembly or integration crews building complex products.
Held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke.
Ensured crews are safe on watch and can explain why.
Coached on the spot and documented when it matters.
Run a clean, organized area by habit.

Responsibilities

Run an integration shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour as modules get fitted out.
Lead assemblers and technicians directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, torque specs met, 5S held.
