Requirements

Supervised fabrication or welding crews in production.
Held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke.
Crews are safe on your watch and can say why.
Coach on the spot and document when it matters.
Run a clean, organized area by habit.

Responsibilities

Run a fabrication shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour.
Lead operators and welders directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, lockout-tagout respected, 5S held.
