About The Position
Papillion Foods is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our production team. We have openings for Process Checkers (Line Food Quality Assurance), Forklift Drivers, Machine Operators, and Extra Gang (cover spots in different areas within a department). Shift schedules and hours may vary by department.
Requirements
- Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
- One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment

- Machine operating experience
- Forklift experience
- Food quality assurance experience
- Ability to effectively communication in English, reading, writing, speaking
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment, forklifts, or other specialized equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections, verify product specifications, complete required documentation, and report quality concerns or production issues to supervision.
- Safely move, stage, and transport materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging throughout the facility as assigned.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
