About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves servicing and operating mixing equipment to produce various products. The position is for the 1st shift, with approximately 500 employees at the location. Training on equipment and processes will be provided. The job requires the ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and the successful candidate must pass a drug test and background check. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Service and operate mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more.
• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs.
• Learn how to operate a power jack.
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
