About The Position
Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves servicing and operating mixing equipment to produce various food products. The position is on the 1st shift, with approximately 500 employees at the location. The company emphasizes training on equipment and processes, and requires English communication skills, as well as the ability to pass a drug test and background check. The job is performed in a climate-controlled environment, depending on the assigned line.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Service and operate mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more.
- Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs.
- Learn how to operate a power jack.
- Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
- Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
