About The Position

At Conagra Brands’ Henning, Illinois plant, the Production Specialist helps produce cooking sprays, including PAM. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, this role monitors and troubleshoots production equipment to support continuous production. The specialist works with a team of more than 150 associates and collaborates with other departments to meet production demand and maintain product quality. The position is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with overtime potentially needed to fulfill production demand.

Requirements

• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs and use hands to move items.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts, which can be noisy.
• Use provided earplugs and other personal protective equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate different production machines and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous production flow.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
• Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Help maintain a clean work area.
