MACRO Industries is seeking a Production Specialist for its Huntsville, Alabama location. The role supports daily production activities by cutting, shaping, and preparing high-precision tile materials while ensuring work is completed safely and meets quality standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Excellent mechanical background.
Proficiency using templates.
Ability to operate multiple types of hand tools and precision measuring tools.
Demonstrated ability to use a tile cutting saw.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Ability to stand for eight hours a day.

Responsibilities

Read and understand company-engineered drawings.
Set up, recalibrate, and operate production equipment and prepare materials for production.
Set up and operate cutting equipment, saws, and precision measuring tools.
Ensure materials are used and handled appropriately.
Measure, mark, and cut materials precisely.
Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
Track supply inventory.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance to keep cutting tools and machinery in safe working condition.
Assist with continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
Assist other team members as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
