About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves working the 2nd shift (4:30 PM-2:30 AM) and reporting to a Shift Lead. The Production Specialist will service and operate mixing equipment to produce various Conagra Brands products. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package and benefits that start after 60 days. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line, and training on equipment and processes will be provided. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs dictate.
• Learn how to operate a power jack.
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory properly and ensure recipe compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on company systems.
