About The Position
We're seeking a Production Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating production schedules, supporting customer commitments, and ensuring communication across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. This is a fully onsite position.
Requirements
- Only US Citizens, Green card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of procurement or supply chain related experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
Responsibilities
- Supports production meetings through updates of customer needs and constraints by part number.
- Facilitates performance tracking through on-time deliveries and limitations to component completion.
- Updates customer products and answers lead time/estimated ship information for account managers and customer service.
- Confirms orders to match current and future state plant capabilities.
- Supports and updates Supply & Operations slides, and well as supports supply chain monthly reviews.
