Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling (manufacturing required)
- Strong understanding of capacity planning
- Strong understanding of shop floor constraints
- Strong understanding of production flow and bottlenecks
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
- Bilingual (French and English – spoken and written)

Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily and short-term production schedules based on demand, capacity, and priorities
- Lead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraints
- Analyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks, and material availability to maintain achievable production plans
- Adjust schedules in real time to address urgencies, delays, and operational constraints
- Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams
- Define required manpower and equipment allocation to meet production targets
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of ERP data (work orders, routings, planning parameters)
- Create and maintain production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilization, etc.)
- Contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives
