About The Position
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining accurate run order of processing jobs to ensure customer delivery dates are met while increasing processing output. This individual will also be responsible for Receiving and Clerk duties including handling the receiving process to ensure material is unloaded and entered into the system.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate items when appropriate.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain processing schedule for a wide array of processing machines.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure customer priorities and expectations are met.
- Balance the district processing workload to maintain efficiency while optimizing throughput.
- Effectively communicate within all departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Review and Analyze customer problem reports to help determine cause and solutions.
- Handle all coordination of receiving paperwork
