Requirements

Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Strong administrative skills.
Proficient public speaking skills.

Flexible in organizing work in a changing priority environment.
Ability to multitask is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as ERP systems.
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in scheduling, production control or purchasing in a Manufacturing company or similar

Responsibilities

Manage the weekly production schedule for the fabrication department and coordinate the material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
Plan and manage daily fabrication production schedule within the week to achieve on-time delivery of customer orders.
Coordinates with the Production Planner and Production Supervisors, ensuring the fulfillment of all shortages impacting weekly production.
Sets-up, prints, and distributes paperwork for the fabrication department in proper sequential run order.
Works with programming to best utilize machine capacity for maximum output.
Works with manufacturing personnel, purchasing department, and supervisors on material status issues.
Ensures material flow from one process to the next in proper sequential order.
Manage the timely closure of completed work orders.
