The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role serves as a critical link between customer demand, production execution, and material supply, balancing capacity, inventory, and workflow to drive operational performance. The position requires close collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Engineering, and Logistics teams to minimize disruptions, resolve constraints, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, and material supply. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while driving operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
