About The Position

FALCATA is seeking a Production Scheduler in Huntsville, Alabama. The role creates and maintains production schedules that respond to customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints, while coordinating with production teams to support achievable schedules and operational goals. The scheduler monitors work-in-progress, identifies bottlenecks, communicates schedule changes, and works with procurement to address material availability and shortages. The position also tracks production performance metrics, assists with planning improvements and forecasting, and maintains accurate manufacturing system data, including orders, lead times, and capacity planning. Requirements

Previous experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Costpoint and Aegis Factory Logix.
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Project, or data analysis tools.
