This role involves working safely as part of a team to produce quality Sargento products. The individual will read and understand production orders, communicate effectively, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include assisting with the setup and placement of production equipment, working alongside automated equipment, and using cleaning chemicals to sanitize and clean equipment and production areas as necessary. The position requires a willingness to learn new skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. This is a 4th shift position with hours from 10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday, with potential for Friday work based on business needs. The work environment is a refrigerated food production facility, often loud due to machinery, and may involve exposure to wet, humid, and damp conditions during sanitation.
