Production Racker 2nd Shift

The Lindgren Group•New Hope, MN
•Onsite

About The Position

As a Production Racker, you'll prepare metal parts for the plating and metal-finishing process. You'll attach parts to specialized racks before processing, remove them afterward, inspect and handle parts carefully, and follow work instructions that tell you how each job needs to be completed. Some parts may be large. Others may be extremely small. The work can be repetitive, and production pace matters - but so does quality. If you like staying busy, working with your hands and seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, this may be a good fit. This position is a full-time, direct-hire role with a starting wage of $24.00/hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime, attendance rewards, and profit sharing. The company provides training, so previous metal finishing experience is not required. This role is an entry point into the metal-finishing industry with potential for advancement.
