About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all processes are conducted in a controlled manner per internal documents and work standards. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for all quality documents and ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Proficient in the use and handling of gages and other tools
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and ERP systems
• Capable of completing detail-oriented self-managed tasks
• Able to work within a team environment and contribute to group goals

Nice To Haves

• 1 year QC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Select and effectively apply the 7 quality tools (cause and effect diagrams, flow charts, check sheets, Pareto and scatter diagrams, control charts, histograms) to identify nonconformances, root cause, and facilitate implementation of corrective actions and error proofing.
• Effectively manage records and compliance documents.
• Use blueprints/engineering drawings and bill of materials to verify product satisfies quality specifications (incoming raw materials and finished goods).
• Work to resolve non conforming product issues with the Material Review Board process.
• Assist internal audit team and conduct directed audits of processes.
• Generate effective reports and communications, i.e.: emails, audit reports, process graphs, etc.
