About The Position

As a Production Planner, you’ll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring that receiving, picking, and shipping are always on time and spot-on. You’ll be the go-to person for customer requests and the link between our operations and external customers. If you're a critical thinker who loves working independently and managing multiple tasks, this role is for you! This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of hands-on warehouse experience
Strong Communicator – Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Problem Solver – Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze & Adjust – Stay ahead of the curve! Use data to track trends, make real-time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.
Resolve & Improve – Tackle product shortages head-on! Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.
Customer Service – Be the go-to problem solver! Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.
Communicate & Lead – Set the pace! Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.
Yard Management – Keep the yard in sync! Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.
