About The Position

As a Production Planner, you’ll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring that receiving, picking, and shipping are always on time and spot-on. You’ll be the go-to person for customer requests and the link between our operations and external customers. If you're a critical thinker who loves working independently and managing multiple tasks, this role is for you! The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of hands-on warehouse experience
Strong Communicator – Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Problem Solver – Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze & Adjust – Stay ahead of the curve! Use data to track trends, make real-time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.
Resolve & Improve – Tackle product shortages head-on! Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.
Customer Service – Be the go-to problem solver! Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.
Communicate & Lead – Set the pace! Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.
Yard Management – Keep the yard in sync! Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.
