Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
1–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
U.S. Person status for compliance with ITAR regulations

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet shipping deadlines.
Plan and coordinate workflow across departments based on established sequences and lead times.
Monitor project status and collaborate with supervisors to resolve delays.
Prepare and analyze production reports to optimize processes.
Expedite operations and adjust schedules to address unforeseen challenges.
Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and shipping notices.
Ensure materials are delivered on time, at negotiated prices, and meet quality standards.
Calculate resource requirements and plan manufacturing operations for production teams.
Create lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
