Requirements
- Experience in supply chain and manufacturing production environments.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP ERP).
Responsibilities
- Plan production and schedule operations for cheese, cream blends, and by-products while considering various constraints.
- Ensure the smooth execution of milk transport and by-product logistics.
- Track production hours and deadlines on a daily basis.
- Maintain up-to-date inventories of raw materials.
- Perform monthly raw material inventory counts.
- Attend daily meetings to update production teams.
- Follow up with internal and external clients.
- Monitor and follow up on key categories such as by-products, breakage rates, transportation, and raw materials.
