This position is located at Elgiloy Specialty Metals Wire Division (a division of Combined Metals) located in Sycamore IL. The Wire Division manufactures high-performance nickel and cobalt alloys for critical applications in Aerospace, Defense, Nuclear, Medical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, and Consumer industries.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of an MRP System.
- Associated degree or equivalent work experience. Equivalent work experience is defined as a minimum of two years' experience in either the wire industry or an administrative role.
- Previous experience of two years in an administrative or planning role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for router creation.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of standard processes.
- Responsible for material allocation of current inventory.
- Assist sales with standard lead times at quotation.
- Responsible for revising in-process routers when required by Process Engineer or Planning Supervisor.
- Assist Planning Supervisor with the creation and maintenance of the manufacturing parts system.
- Review and maintain material reservations.
- Request raw material releases when required for routers.
- Maintain an understanding of plant capabilities.
- Review and maintain breakdowns for intermediate sizes.
- Create breakdowns for special testing.
- Understand Quality System.
- Other duties as assigned.
