Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics) or a comparable qualification
- 6–7 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on assembly
- Strong English skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with a high degree of flexibility
- Willingness to travel internationally for projects
