About The Position

Flowly Solutions is hiring reliable Production Packers for its warehouse team. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing, checking, and packing orders accurately. Packers follow customer instructions, verify orders, prepare shipments, move completed orders to shipping, count inventory, and help maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting daily output goals.

Requirements

• Experience in packing, fulfillment, assembly, or general warehouse work is preferred.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow written procedures and communicate clearly with the team.
• Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Barcode scanner experience; training is available for candidates who are new to it.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods into boxes according to customer packing instructions.
• Check items against packing slips to ensure orders are complete and correct.
• Print and attach shipping labels, close cartons, and build pallets for outgoing loads.
• Move packed orders to the shipping area using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Count inventory regularly and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Work with teammates to meet daily output goals.
• Restock supplies and keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
