About The Position
Pacific Cheese, a family-owned and operated company for over 50 years, is seeking a Production Operator for its 1st and 2nd shifts in South Reno. This role involves operating machinery, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality control. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- At least ONE YEAR as a Machine Operator
- At least six months of forklift experience.
- Driver's license may be required.
- Great attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for trim output and consumption record keeping, Navision consumption, printing Navision generated tracking reports, verify data and address any discrepancies.
- Responsible for power consumption record keeping, Navision consumption, printing Navision generated tracking reports, verify data and address any discrepancies.
- Responsible for quality assurance and across contamination inspections of the line.
- Ensure the Urschel heads are calibrated according to the product specifications.
- Ensure that associates are properly reworking product.
- Replace standard machinery parts when needed.
