About The Position

The impact you’ll make in this role As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works either 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am), or a 12-hour night rotating shift (7:30pm – 7:30am) with every other weekend off and includes starting pay of $22.04 - $25.09/hour plus shift differentials (varies by department and experience) with a pay increase after 12 months to $23.44 - $26.48/hour. We’re building a pipeline of talent for this role and will consider applicants for current and upcoming opportunities as they become available. This position sits within Solventum’s Manufacturing Operations, specifically at one of our global production facilities, where our teams play a hands-on role in bringing life-changing healthcare solutions to life. Our plant teams are essential to advancing Solventum’s mission, ensuring the consistent, high-quality production of medical and dental products that healthcare providers and patients rely on every day. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

  • Observing all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Applying quality instructions & specifications
  • Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
  • Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
  • Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
