About The Position

The Production Operator supports the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used throughout the aviation industry. This hands-on manufacturing role involves operating production equipment, preparing materials, performing quality checks, and helping ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The role is performed on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Work takes place in a manufacturing environment that may involve industrial equipment, heat-generating processes, noise, and airborne particulates. Required personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Experience working with aerospace, metal processing, coatings, heat treat, brazing, or similar manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
