The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are packaged according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and company procedures, while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. In cleanroom environments, this role involves operating washing, packaging, vision inspection, and steam sterilizer machines, along with other auxiliary equipment to support these processes. The operator will also interact with SAP systems to produce rubber stoppers in accordance with productivity standards, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WI).
