Production Operator
About The Position
In Versailles, MO, Gates specializes in world-class hydraulic couplings, known for their exceptional quality and reliability. The manufacturing process involves heat-treating, electroplating, bending, staking, and packing carefully selected raw metal components and materials before shipping to customers worldwide. As a Production Operator, you will operate various manufacturing equipment in a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products. Shifts available include the Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and the Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
Requirements
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical-handling experience preferred
