About The Position

In Versailles, we take pride in specializing in world-class hydraulic couplings, known for their exceptional quality and reliability. Our process begins with carefully selected raw metal components and materials, which are heat-treated, electroplated, bent, staked, and packed with care before being shipped to our valued customers worldwide. As a Production Operator, you'll spend your day operating various manufacturing equipment in a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products. Shifts available: Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM), Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM).

Requirements

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction.
• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical-handling experience preferred.
