About The Position

MasterMold is hiring Production Operators for its Paint and Press Departments in Mauston, Wisconsin. This hands-on manufacturing role pays $23.50 per hour, including the shift premium. Manufacturing experience is not required; dependable individuals who are motivated to learn will receive paid on-the-job training. Employees may learn multiple manufacturing processes and have opportunities for career advancement. The schedule is 2nd shift, with overtime opportunities potentially available based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production presses.
• Load, unload, and prepare parts throughout the production process.
• Inspect products for quality and appearance.
• Trim, sand, buff, polish, and finish parts as needed.
• Assemble and package finished products.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and production equipment.
• Work with the team to meet production expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
