About The Position

The Production Operator performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements. They must demonstrate the ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within the required time. Maintaining good housekeeping and clean work areas in their assigned space is crucial. The operator is responsible for reporting all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor and for safety and quality throughout production. They must notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. The role also involves performing other duties as required by a Supervisor or Manager and following all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in a team environment
