About The Position

Kerry is hiring a Production Operator for its Byesville, Ohio facility, which produces fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. The role is part of an aseptic beverage manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. The Production Operator runs and monitors packaging and production equipment, sets up equipment, monitors product quality, troubleshoots minor issues, supports changeovers, and keeps the work area clean and organized. The role involves hands-on work with machinery and collaboration to keep production lines moving efficiently and meet Kerry’s standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience.
Chemical handling experience.
Mechanical aptitude.
Pallet jack or forklift experience.
Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
