About The Position

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking Production Operators to join their team in the Litchfield, MN area. This is an opportunity for individuals with proven experience in a manufacturing environment. As a valued team member, you will perform a variety of manual, semi-automated, or automated tasks necessary for the manufacture of sub-assemblies and/or final product while maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and safety. The Production Operator operates assigned equipment to produce and finish parts that meet customer specifications. The role occasionally involves using a microscope for routine checks of production parts and performing minor rework/repairs to identified defects using small hand-held tools. With training, the operator will be able to work on a variety of parts with limited supervision. Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of manual, semi-automated or automated tasks necessary for the manufacture of sub-assemblies and/or final product while maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety of self and co-workers.
Operate assigned equipment to produce and finish parts that meet the specifications defined by our customers.
Occasionally use a microscope to perform routine, repetitive checking of production parts.
Perform minor rework/repairs to identified defects using a variety of small hand-held tools.
With training, able to work on a variety of parts with limited supervision.
