Night Shift Production Operator
About The Position
Sundigo Solar is a newly established solar panel manufacturing company located in Lyerly, GA. We are looking for motivated Production Workers to join our growing team on the manufacturing floor. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that offers competitive pay and significant overtime earning potential. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred; training will be provided
- Familiarity with assembly processes, hand tools, and power tools is advantageous
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machinery maintenance are beneficial
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety procedures consistently
Responsibilities
- Perform solar panel assembly and production line operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall team performance goals
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and immediately report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues
