As a Manufacturing Production Worker at our Altoona, PA facility, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, willing to learn, enjoys hands‑on work, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing and able to work any shift, including days, afternoons, and overnight schedules.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Able to operate a forklift or willing to become forklift certified.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily production needs.
• Run equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and procedures.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe through daily housekeeping and 5S practices.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to help maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your teammates.
• Monitor equipment and production processes, reporting any issues, defects, or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as business needs change.
• This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in keeping production moving, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.
