About The Position

The Production Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating production processes and equipment for LTCC and/or wire-wound components. This role involves conducting electrical and mechanical testing on in-process and finished parts, accurately recording test data, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance. The operator will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, assist in training new operators, and ensure adherence to all quality systems, safety, and health standards, including cleanroom protocols. Compliance with company policies related to export controls is also required.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid green card not employed by a foreign company).
  • Ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Strong commitment to process improvement and effective communication.
  • Willingness to work on-site (remote work not available).
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in transformer manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in training new NASCENTechnology operators.
  • Adhere to all quality systems, safety, and health standards, including cleanroom protocols (Class 10,000).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to export controls.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
