About The Position

Ripple is seeking a full-time Production Operator who values safety, trust, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The role supports production of Ripple’s cannabinoid products and is suited to someone who is punctual, positive, detail-oriented, and eager to help build new processes and production capacity. The company describes its culture as valuing engagement, flexibility, and frequent feedback. The current schedule is generally Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but it may change based on business needs. Flexible scheduling is required, and mandatory overtime may occasionally be required. The position requires daily in-person attendance and includes working in a hot environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $20 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a current MED Badge or be able to obtain one.
Must be reliable and able to attend the workplace in person daily.
Must be able to stand for hours at a time, work in a hot environment, and lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to read and write English to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.
Must be flexible regarding schedules and able to work mandatory overtime when required.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience.
Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Package and label products.
Wash dishes and small wares.
Assist with scheduled facility cleaning.
Maintain close attention to detail and product quality.
Perform and record regular quality checks.
Adjust processes based on quality results to achieve target quality parameters.
After successful completion of training, set up, shut down, and clean equipment for daily production.
Perform general equipment maintenance as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Leads.
