About The Position
As a Production Operator in the manufacturing industry, you will help ensure efficient and accurate assembly of automotive components on an automated production line. You will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain quality standards, and support continuous manufacturing processes to meet production targets. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks, and follow safety protocols. The role involves hands-on assembly line work, including regularly lifting and handling heavy materials, to maintain workflow and product integrity. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate automated assembly line equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights regularly.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing processes.

- Certification or training in production equipment operation or manufacturing safety.
- Experience working in a high-volume automotive production facility.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
