About The Position

Active participation in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives is expected. The role also requires flexibility with scheduling, including potential shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments.
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Willingness to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
- Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with all co-workers.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within our welcoming manufacturing setting.
- Operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure our high product and quality standards are met.
- Accurately record production data and other results as required.
- Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments, where applicable.
