- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work any shift.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce composite components.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in employee-driven improvement teams.
