About The Position

PRADCO Outdoor Brands manufactures and markets hunting and fishing brands and products. Production Operators perform production tasks including molding, painting, sanding, trimming, sealing, assembling, and counting product. They are responsible for meeting daily quality and production standards, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean working environment. Other duties may be assigned. The role requires frequent hand use to pull, push, handle, or feel products and the ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Employees stand for 95% of the workday and occasionally lift or move more than 50 pounds. The work environment may involve occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or hazardous chemicals; noise is usually moderate. The position requires close and color vision. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers and fractions.
Ability to work well with others as a team player.
Ability to use hands to pull, push, handle, or feel the product being produced.
Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Close vision and color vision.

Responsibilities

Produce product that meets daily quality and production standards.
Follow safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE at all times in designated areas.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Mold, paint, sand, trim, seal, assemble, and count product.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
