About The Position

As a Production Operator-Night in Kerrville, TX, you’ll help build wire and cable harness assemblies that keep aviation moving—where precision and safety turn into real-world performance. This onsite, full-time role runs M–Th, 3:00pm–1:30am, at $19.13/hr (includes $2 shift differential). You’ll clock in as the floor comes alive for second shift—get set up at your station, review the evening’s priorities, and settle into a steady, focused pace. The hours fly by as you rotate between concentrated build time and quick check-ins with teammates, keeping momentum strong and quality sharp. Breaks are a chance to reset, grab something from the snack/drink room, and jump back in with fresh energy. By the end of the night, you’ll head out knowing the work you touched is one step closer to taking flight.
