Production Operator- Second Shift
About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team on the second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and proper packaging of our products. Team members will rotate through three key positions at the end of the production line: Tester, Cutting, and Packaging. The Tester role involves 100% functional testing and visual inspection of all products. The Cutting role focuses on separating LED/Circuit boards into individual parts for packing. The Packaging role involves placing the finished product into its designated packaging. We are looking for adaptable individuals who can effectively perform in all three of these roles.
Requirements
- Ability to rotate between Tester, Cutting, and Packaging roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform 100% function testing and visual inspection of all products as a Tester.
- Separate LED/Circuit boards into individual parts for packing as a Cutter.
- Place finished product into packaging as a Packer.
- Rotate between the Tester, Cutting, and Packaging roles.
