About The Position

MAPEI Corporation, a global manufacturer of construction chemicals and building materials, is hiring a Production Operator - General Labor. Depending on the role, work may include general production labor, picking and packing, labeling, or stacking buckets. Production Operators support manufacturing areas by completing tasks that contribute to safe, efficient, and precise operations and help maintain product quality and reliability.

The base hourly pay rate is $20.00, based on experience. Additional shift differentials are $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift, if applicable. Flexibility for overtime and shift hours is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility for overtime and shift hours.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or process experience.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
• Sort, place, and identify materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Clean and organize production cells, material storage areas, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts where applicable.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
