About The Position

As a Bulk Unloader on Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s manufacturing team, you will perform front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and contribute to creating high-quality final products. The work includes operating machinery and equipment and packaging finished products. This position is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. The position is at a union facility and is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Willingness to learn new skills, solve problems, and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, and respectful conduct.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
